All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible.

Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular Payments all through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.

What are the delivery costs? When can I expect to receive my order?


Same shipping cost of your order will be applicable depending destination of your parcel. In the chart below, you will find rates according to your location. The delivery times are calculated from the moment of payment confirmation (2/5 days approximately). The preparation of deliveries only takes place during working days.

Our delivery times are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or mayor force causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, TALE OF MONSTERS will contact you as soon as possible.


During sales, promotions or the launch of a new collection order processing and delivery may be delayed by a few working days.

Do you ship overseas?

TALE OF MONSTERS sells its products worldwide. The chart above indicates the estimated costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the USA are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.


International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that.


Also, please understand that, due to the nature of First-Class Mail and international mail in general, it's very difficult to track your international package. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. Priority Air and Fedex parcels are able to be tracked, so please use these services if you'd like the extra security.


Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages shipped with USPS First Class Mail once the package has reached your country’s mail system. However, some countries do offer tracking services connected to USPS with first class mail. If delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with all known details and possibilities for your particular country. If your package is shipped with USPS Priority Air or Fedex it does count with an insurance; apart from being trackable from door to door.  All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.


What shall I do if my parcel is damaged upon arrival?

If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.




When can I return or exchange items to TALE OF MONSTERS?


We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I return or exchange the products bought from TALE OF MONSTERS?


TALE OF MONSTERS accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period. 

What are the conditions regarding returning or exchanging goods at TALE OF MONSTERS?


We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (i.e. with the labels attached and in the original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. TALE OF MONSTERS reserves the right to carefully check the products before agreeing to an exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as when shipped.

TALE OF MONSTERS cannot change returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

What do I have to do if I want to return or exchange any item purchased from TALE OF MONSTERS?

We will normally get in touch within 3 working days and TALE OF MONSTERS will assume the shipping costs for the return. Once the exchange has been accepted, we will send you an email with an electronic label which you will have to attach securely to the box or envelope that is to be returned. You can then post the package at a drop center. We will provide you with the contact details.


What shall I do once TALE OF MONSTERS has accepted my return/exchange request?


After your request for an exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products which are to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, TALE OF MONSTERS reserves the right to proceed to cancel the exchange or return. Once we have received the product(s), we will proceed with the reimbursement or exchange.


Can I get a refund?


Once the return has been approved, there are two options for getting a refund:

 1) You can request a credit note, the amount of which will be credited to you as a coupon code and will be available to use during your next purchase. The amount accumulated in your credit slips does not expire.

 2) You can request that the amount be refunded via the same payment method used when making the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the money to be refunded to your account depends on your bank.

Can all products be returned or exchanged?
